Fall in New York and Norwalk

We're planning our first trip away. We'll see my brother and his girlfriend. It's nice when my boyfriend takes the time to figure out what would be fun for us to do on our trip. I normally am the one to do that sort of thing. He is invested in our connection and discovers fun adventures for us to have. Today we saw the dinosaurs at the Natural History Museum.

We continue to be tremendously in love, and the ease with which we hang together continues to deepen. We have a natural rhythm together: I just want to make sure I never take in for granted and continue to clearly communicate with him. My dreams, what I'd love to do, these are essential to share, as much as I also listen to him about what is important to him.

That said, we're getting to a point where I can say, "honey, I'm glad you want to see that movie and I support you in seeing that with your friends. I'm going to sit at home and read a good book and you come back after and tell me all about it." We can support each other in having our own adventures too.
